The Dust Ranger is a rugged, weatherproof unit built for dust monitoring on unsealed mine roads. Vehicle-mounted, it continuously measures airborne particulate matter — across PM0.5 to PM10 — along with local conditions and GPS position, streaming each reading back to the platform to build the live heatmap your team acts on.

90km of haul road at Miralga Creek

DUSTAC played a crucial role in the development and expansion of the Miralga Creek project for Hancock Iron Ore by successfully managing over 90km of haul road and access road. Haul roads carrying upwards of 80 quads per day were treated with DUSTAC designed additives to control dust and stabilise the road surface. For three years the team from DUSTAC were onsite as a key contractor ensuring the roads were safe for traffic.
